Eaglehawk Limited

Formed in 1999, Eaglehawk Limited is a Bermuda-based holding company that owns Eaglehawk’s core technology assets, specifically Eaglehawk’s secure data management technology StrongBox™ and its associated SBX applications.

Corporate officers are located in this entity, as are technology research and development, corporate-wide administrative functions (accounting, legal), and marketing/sales of Eaglehawk’s technology assets to end-users, resellers, and third-party service firms.

A wholly owned US-based company that is responsible for the commercial marketing, sales, support, and deployment of the SBX product line and other commercial applications of StrongBox™ technology in the United States.  Eaglehawk Inc. was established in 2000.

Eaglehawk Technologies Inc.

A US-owned company formed in 2002 to serve as the primary channel for marketing, sales, support, and development of Eaglehawk technology to public sector customers.
